Dawis Roos has extensive experience in the field of art direction and graphic design. Dawis began their career in 1996 at Titus Roos, where they were responsible for producing printed material for flight navigation books. In 2005, they joined Editora Capsula Ltda as Chairman and Art Director, where they oversaw the production of magazines and managed various aspects of the company including budget control and IT. In 2006, Dawis Roos joined Música & Mercado as an Art Director, where they produced graphics for various magazines and created promotional materials. Dawis later worked at ABCFARMA as an Art Consultant, where they reformulated the graphic project of the magazine and created promotional materials. In 2008, they briefly worked at Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional as a Projects Consultant, assisting with the commercial aspect of the MBA program.

Dawis Roos completed their elementary education in the regular course at Daily Resende França from 1984 to 1992. Dawis then attended Colégio Luiza de Marillac from 1993 to 1995 to obtain their high school education. After graduating from high school, they pursued a master's degree in Publicity and Propaganda from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo, from 1996 to 1999. Later, they furthered their education by pursuing a master's degree in Economy from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, from 2007 to 2010.
