Erika Reyes

Erika Reyes has a diverse range of work experience. Erika began their career as an Office Assistant at the CCSF Student Union in 2013, where they monitored the student union and organized I-9 forms. In 2014, they worked as an Office Assistant for the History of Art Department, where they edited and condensed memos for weekly student emails.

From 2015 to 2017, Erika worked for the Berkeley United in Literacy Development (BUILD) organization. As a Student Mentor, they provided one-on-one literacy support to bilingual students and created engaging activities. Erika also served as a Director, managing groups of mentors and students during a summer camp program.

In 2017, Erika joined Amazon as an Associate, taking responsibility for receiving and processing stock and resolving customer issues. Erika also assisted with inventory management and weekly tasks. Erika later worked at Poki Poke as a Manager, implementing organizational changes and taking on various additional roles.

In 2019, Erika joined XL Catlin as an Office Assistant, sorting through files and collecting data for a database. Erika also performed administrative tasks and communicated with other company offices. Erika currently works at Musical Health Technologies (aka SingFit), where they have held two positions. As a Product Coordinator, they onboarded new customers, provided tech support, and ran usage data reports. Erika is currently the Operations Manager, responsible for customer retention, billing and invoice management, tech support, and office duties. Erika also oversees the hiring and training of contractors for packing and shipping. Erika works independently but collaborates closely with remote colleagues.

Erika Reyes attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, specializing in General Studies.
