Catherine Ruvinov

Catherine Ruvinov is a seasoned guest service professional with extensive experience in the museum and arts sectors. Currently serving as Guest Service Manager at the Musical Instrument Museum since January 2015, Ruvinov previously held positions as Visitor Services Manager at the Heard Museum and Guest Service Supervisor at the Musical Instrument Museum. With a strong foundation in customer service management, Ruvinov has effectively overseen teams, improved visitor experiences, and utilized various ticketing systems throughout a career that began as a Senior Sales Clerk at ASU Gammage.
