Joyce Filupeit

Joyce Filupeit is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership development and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Museum Guide at the Musical Instrument Museum since February 2015 and as a Steward and Nature Guide at McDowell Sonoran Conservancy since April 2013, Joyce has also been the President of Filupeit Consulting since March 2012, where responsibilities include designing programs for strategic issues and delivering training to enhance organizational performance. Previously, Joyce held the position of Vice President of Leadership and Learning at IDEAL Dialogue Company from April 2007 to February 2012, and served as Director of Learning and Development at SITEL from 2002 to 2007. Education was completed at Calvin University.
