Morten Drachmann

Morten Drachmann is an experienced professional in the event management and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Festivalledelse at Ø Festival - Langeland since October 2023 and as Senior Project Manager at Good Boys Agency since January 2018. Morten has held various leadership roles at Musik i Lejet since December 2015, contributing significantly to sales, F&B strategies, and volunteer coordination. Morten co-founded The Coffee Lounge in 2007, a successful pop-up coffee concept at Roskilde Festival. Previous positions include Head of Food & Beverage Strategy for TOMORROW, and Chief People Officer at Best Event Aps. Morten holds a Cand.it in E-business from IT-Universitetet i København and a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management from Copenhagen Business Academy, among other qualifications.
