Dena Kowal, M.Ed., is an experienced professional with a strong background in client service and educational support. Currently serving as a Client Service Specialist at Summer Discovery since November 2022, Dena previously held positions as a Transfer Credit and Articulation Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where relationships with customers were enhanced through outreach initiatives and individualized problem-solving. Dena's diverse experience includes roles at various universities, focusing on customer satisfaction, data management, and project coordination. Dena holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of North Florida, complemented by a history of engaging with community programs and fostering partnerships in previous roles.
