Haesom Kwon

Haesom Kwon began their work experience in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at APWINC. In 2015, they interned as a Research Intern at KOREA CPO FORUM. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager (Legal Department) at SOLUM CO,. LTD. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Marketer at SF Company Co., LTD and then as a Senior Marketer at 0100CREATIVE. In 2019, they joined VoyagerX as a User Team Manager and later took on roles as a UX Researcher and User Researcher. They are currently working as a UX Researcher at MUSINSA starting from 2023.

Haesom Kwon pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their high school diploma in Entrepreneurship from San Beda College Alabang, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Haesom then went on to attend Sookmyung Women's University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Haesom Kwon enrolled at Ewha Womans University in 2023 and is currently studying for a degree in UX Design.

In addition to their formal education, Haesom Kwon has obtained certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Haesom acquired the BCS Foundation Certificate in User Experience V1.4 from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in October 2022. Furthermore, in April 2022, they obtained a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group.
