David Mann

David Mann has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on retail operations and community outreach. David has served as the Director of Store Operations at Muskegon Rescue Mission since August 2019, where they oversee multiple locations and a production facility. Prior to this, they worked as the Community Relations Manager at Appledorn Assisted Living Center South from August 2018 to August 2019, handling marketing, networking, and prospective resident management. Before that, they served as the Muskegon Manager at Hope's Outlet Ministries from January 2018 to May 2018. From November 2014 to December 2017, David was the Director of Retail Operations at Holland Rescue Mission, where they managed multiple retail locations and various business operations. David also has experience as a General Manager at Hope's Outlet Ministries Inc. from January 2010 to November 2014. David is passionate about building teams, investing in people, and helping them grow.

David Mann completed their high school education at Mona Shores High School and Kuyper College in 2007. David obtained a high school diploma with a focus on general studies. Later, from 2009 to 2014, they attended Kuyper College again and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Ministry/Bible & Theology. Additionally, David has obtained several certifications including Managing Emotions Under Pressure from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in 2020, Continuing Resale Education from NARTS: The Association of Resale Professionals in 2016, and Mental Health First Aid USA from Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA).
