Ahmed Abdullahi is an experienced legal assistant at Muslim Aid UK since January 2020 and serves as a protection program manager for PHRA since January 2019. In addition to these roles, Ahmed has been an activist since April 2015, advocating for human rights. As a senior lecturer at East Africa University since February 2018, Ahmed contributes to academic discourse in the field. Previously, Ahmed was the chief executive at the Somali Human Rights Advocacy Group from January 2017 to January 2019 and a child protection specialist at Puntland Human Rights Associations from September 2017 to March 2018. Ahmed holds a master's degree in human rights and development from Kampala International University and a bachelor's degree in international relations and diplomatic studies from Cavendish University in Uganda.
