Rich Thomsen has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as Project Manager at Musqueam Capital Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rich held multiple positions at Ledcor from June 2014 to March 2022, including Superintendent, Foreman, and Carpenter. Rich's educational background includes studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

MCC is responsible for the development of Musqueam’s lands, acts as an asset manager for Musqueam’s existing real estate holdings, and creates economic opportunity through business partnerships. MCC’s mission is to build a sustainable community in Musqueam through successful economic development that delivers value today and for generations to come.
