George Kloster has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. George started off as an Office Engineer at Henkel Phelps Construction Company in 2008. George then went on to establish their own companies, Kloster Company LLC, and Kloster Properties LLC, where they served as Owner/Operator. At Kloster Company LLC, they specialized in remodeling and rehabbing residential to light commercial buildings and offered additional services like sewer and drain cleaning. At Kloster Properties LLC, they managed a portfolio of single and multi-family rental properties.

Later, they joined L. Keeley Construction in 2017, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Project Director Special Projects, and Director of Operations - Industrial. In these roles, they performed estimates, bid work for industrial clients, and managed projects from the office.

In 2022, they moved to All American Painting, LLC as the Director Of Operations before assuming their current role as Director of Project Management at Musselman & Hall Contractors, LLC.
