Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in diverse financial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Mustang Cat since August 2018, Mai specializes in fixed assets accounting, partnership accounting, and ensuring compliance through quarterly consolidation and monthly closing entries. Prior to this, a robust tenure at SYSCO Corp. from October 2006 to August 2018 involved conducting financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and managing inter-company fund payments as a Staff Accountant. Further experience includes roles as a Financial Specialist at Association Management Inc. focusing on accounts receivable and payable, and as a Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt specializing in individual income tax returns. Mai began a career with an internship at the City of Houston, maintaining accounting records and financial transactions.
