Kim Weinrich

Kim Weinrich is the Director of Payroll Services at Mustang Public Schools. Kim has been with the district since May 2000, when they started as Payroll. In their current role, they oversee the complete payroll processing of 800+ employees per month ($2M+ dollars per month), balancing and reporting all state and federal taxes, W2’s, timesheets, verifications of employment, payment of all monthly payroll insurance billings and annuities, garnishments and employee benefits. Kim has also implemented 100% employee participation in direct deposit.

Kim Weinrich received their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Redlands Community College. Kim also has a certification from LinkedIn in Improving Your Listening Skills and another from LinkedIn in Ryan Holmes on Social Leadership. In addition, they have a certification from OK ASBO in Certified School Business Administrator Professional Certificate.

Kim Weinrich reports to Nancy Mckay, Chief Financial Officer. They work with Crystal Johnson - Payroll Specialist, Randi Spencer - Assistant Treasurer, and Michelle Smith - Executive Administrative Assistant to the CFO.
