Lili Colby

Lili Colby is an experienced professional with a significant background in the outdoor and boating industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Canadian Safe Boating Council since May 2023, Lili also holds the position of Product to Market Coordinator at Mustang Survival since August 2020. Previous roles include Owner and Sales & Marketing Director at MTI Life Jackets from December 2001 to August 2020, where a focus was placed on designing USCG approved life jackets. Lili served as Customer Service Manager at Confluence Outdoor between January 1998 and August 2001, and prior to that, worked in in-house sales and customer service at Mad River Canoe from November 1992 to January 1998. Lili began a career in sales as a Sales Representative for Badger Sports of London from January 1986 to May 1992, representing ski hardgoods brands. Lili holds an MA in Commonwealth History from King's College London and a BA with Distinction in History from Colorado College.
