Lennart Schley

Lennart Schley has extensive experience in senior management roles across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Head of the "Goods & Services" and "Retail & Food" segments, and Managing Director at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA since January 2011. In November 2023, Lennart took on the role of Chairman of the supervisory board at Lapeyre. Previous positions include Group CFO at ESF Industrial Solutions Group from May 2019 to June 2022, CEO of Zanders Paper GmbH from May 2015 to June 2018, Managing Director at KLANN Packaging GmbH from January 2013 to May 2015, and Kaufmännischer Leiter at Fertigungstechnik Weißenfels GmbH from January 2011 to December 2012. Lennart also worked as a Consultant at KPMG from January 2007 to December 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Business, Management, Marketing, and related fields from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Technische Universität Chemnitz, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same areas from Albright College.
