Volker Rofalski, born in 1970, is a member of the Supervisory Board since 2008. He was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mutares SE & Co. KGaA in 2018 and additionally member of the Supervisory Board of Mutares Management SE from July 2019 on.
He is active in the private equity and venture capital sector. He is Managing Partner of the only natural munich GmbH. Prior this, he was founder and member of the Executive Board of the trade platform TradeCross AG in Munich. Furthermore, he co-founded the first internet-based platform for capital markets in Germany, Webstock AG.
He graduated in 1996 from University of Augsburg with a diploma in Business Administration and Management.
