Saurabh Joshi

Saurabh Joshi has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, primarily focusing on customer engagement and operations. Currently serving as the National Head Call Center at The Muthoot Group, Saurabh previously held senior positions at YES BANK, including Group Executive Vice President & Vertical Head and Executive Vice President & Vertical Head - BIU, Campaigns, Projects & Technology. Additionally, Saurabh's experience includes roles at Future Generali India Life Insurance and GENPACT, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Vice President to Senior Manager. Saurabh began career at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited as an Assistant Manager in retention. Saurabh holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management Pune, completed between 2004 and 2006, and has foundational education from St. Paul Institute of Professional Studies, Indore.
