Ajay Nazarene

Ajay Nazarene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ajay started their career in 2009 as a Project Trainee - Intern at Quantum Leap. From there, they worked as a Project Trainee - Intern at www.bugasi-labs.com in 2010. Ajay then joined Philips as a Staffing Specialist from 2010 to 2011. Ajay later served as an HR Business Partner at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became an HR Business Partner at Micro Labs Ltd. In 2015, they worked as a Lead Corporate HR at Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd. In 2018, they joined Fincare Small Finance Bank as an HR Business Partner and also worked as a Benefits & HR Operations Specialist at Boeing. From 2022 to 2023, Ajay served as the Lead - Benefits & HR Operations at Mashreq Bank. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Manager - People & Culture, Zonal HR - Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra, at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd.

Ajay Nazarene completed their education in a chronological order. Ajay obtained their Metriculation degree from St Joseph's Indian High School in 2003. Ajay then pursued PUC from St Joseph's PU College, Bangalore, from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they attended Christ University, Bangalore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from 2005 to 2008. Lastly, they pursued an MBA in HR from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay has also obtained various certifications. These include "HR and Digital Transformation," "HR as a Business Partner," "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits," "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy," "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience," "Strategic Human Resources," "Talent Management," and "The Human Resources Hero," all of which were obtained from LinkedIn in June 2021.
