Ramesh Muthuswami

Ramesh Muthuswami is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Business Risk and Rewards at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. since April 2024. Previously, Ramesh held the position of Head of Credit & Risk at Ananya Finance For Inclusive Growth Private Limited from July 2021 to March 2024, overseeing credit quality within the loan portfolio. Ramesh also founded Finsights Consultancy & Training, providing rating advisory and executive training in collaboration with CRISIL Ltd. From October 2008 to May 2019, Ramesh served as Associate Director at CRISIL Ltd., managing a team and a diverse client portfolio in the financial services sector. Earlier roles include Assistant General Manager at IDBI Bank and Manager positions in corporate banking and credit appraisal.
