Renuka Balachandran

Renuka Balachandran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Renuka is currently working as an Associate Vice President of Public Relations and Internal Communications at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. Renuka held the position of Head of PR for the North and East Zones at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2022 to May 2023. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Chqbook from December 2021 to October 2022. Renuka was also the Co-founder and Director of Cocoa Tree Communications Pvt Ltd, where they worked from November 2017 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Account Director at K2 Communications from October 2010 to October 2017. Lastly, Renuka started their career as an Immigration Executive at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy in November 2009 and worked there until November 2010.

Renuka Balachandran began their education in 2003 at NSS HSS, where they completed their 12th STD in Commerce. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Mangalore University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communicative English & Economics. In the same time period, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Mangalore University. In 2008, Renuka pursued their interest in TV Journalism by enrolling in Manipal Institute of Media & Entertainment, where they obtained a PG Diploma in TV Journalism. Most recently, in 2023, they completed a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from The Open University.
