Rickson Sampath

Rickson Sampath is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager - People n Culture at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. since October 2013, Rickson oversees all HR-related aspects across Karnataka. Previous positions include Area Manager handling HR, Marketing, Administration, Infrastructure, and Business Development, and Asst. Manager - HR managing end-to-end HR processes. Prior to Muthoot Fincorp, Rickson worked at Wipro Technologies as Senior Executive in Corporate Human Resources, focusing on employee relations, staffing, and recruitment, and held roles at Thomson Reuters and Infosys Technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment for the USA market. Rickson holds an MBA in HR from St. Joseph's IHS, Bangalore.
