Sanjay J. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. SANJAY began their career as a Business Development Manager at Megabyte Consultancy Services, specializing in marketing B2B IT E&S. SANJAY then worked at Indian Air Force, where they served as a Director, responsible for strategic planning, policy development, program management, and operations. During their time at the Air Force, they also held the position of Senior Manager, leading flight operations, navigation, and air logistics operations. After their service in the Air Force, Sanjay worked at The Muthoot Group as the Regional Head of Branch Business for CG, MP, and Vidarbha, overseeing 66 branches and executing annual operations plans. SANJAY later joined Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers Limited as a Senior Manager, responsible for smooth operations, maintenance, safety, and security. In 2018, Sanjay joined IIFL (India Infoline Group) as the Zonal Head for Branch Business in Maharashtra and Goa, where they had full P&L accountability for 189 branches. Currently, Sanjay is working at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. as the Branch Business Head for 3 zones, overseeing a vast network of branches and focusing on driving revenue growth and transforming the company into a segmented organization. Throughout their career, Sanjay has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and an ability to navigate competitive environments.

Sanjay J. has a diverse education history. In 1982-1984, they obtained a Secondary School Certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Math. SANJAY then proceeded to Career Higher Secondary School in Bhopal, where they obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate in General Sciences in 1985. From 1986-1988, Sanjay attended Jitesh Vlog, Gwalior Science College & Bareilly College, earning a General BSC (PCM) degree.
