Vaidyanathan Kalpathy Varadarajan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vaidyanathan'smost recent position is as the National Sales Head - Mortgage (SULB) at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the National Sales Head - Secured & Unsecured Lending Business at the same company, where they were responsible for building the business of secured mortgages and establishing direct and cross-sell teams. Before joining Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, Varadarajan held the role of State Business Head - Kerala & Andhra Pradesh at PNB Housing Finance Limited, where they built a strong team and drove business growth. Vaidyanathan also served as the Location Head - Home Loans at ING Vysya Bank, where they successfully built the mortgage book from scratch. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Rockwood Senior Secondary School in Noida, where they completed their Plus Two with a focus on Commerce.

Continuing their education in Commerce, Vaidyanathan Kalpathy Varadarajan then attended Chinmaya Mission College from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM).

Later, in 2018-2019, they pursued an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.

In 2019-2020, they furthered their education by enrolling in XLRI Jamshedpur, where they completed a Postgraduate certificate in the Senior Leadership Program, specializing in Strategic Leadership.
