From 1994 to 1996, they attended Rockwood Senior Secondary School in Noida, where they completed their Plus Two with a focus on Commerce.

Continuing their education in Commerce, Vaidyanathan Kalpathy Varadarajan then attended Chinmaya Mission College from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM).

Later, in 2018-2019, they pursued an Executive Development Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.

In 2019-2020, they furthered their education by enrolling in XLRI Jamshedpur, where they completed a Postgraduate certificate in the Senior Leadership Program, specializing in Strategic Leadership.
