Maggy Gillessen

Maggy Gillessen has extensive experience in the field of psychology and therapy, currently serving in various roles such as Systeem- individueel- en regiebehandelaar and K&J psycholoog Nip at Mutsaersstichting since November 2019. Previous positions include (Gezins)behandelaar and system and individual therapist. Prior to this, Maggy worked at XONAR from July 2001 to October 2019 as a Gedragswetenschapper pleegzorg, overseeing the support of foster care facilitators, and as Projectleider borging prima pleegzorg, ensuring the sustainability of best practices in foster care. Other notable roles include trainer for system-oriented practices, educational positions at several institutions, and a background in leadership as a voorzitter of the Ondernemingsraad at Xonar. Maggy's educational qualifications include degrees in psychology and advanced training in systemic therapy from various institutions, culminating in a master's degree in Geestelijke gezondheidskunde from Maastricht University.
