Paul Boers

Paul Boers is a seasoned professional in systemic coaching and therapy, currently serving as a co-founder, systemic team coach, and systemic therapist at Van.De.Grond since December 2023. Since September 2020, Paul has also been a systemic therapist at Mutsaersstichting and operates Paul Boers Coaching, which focuses on helping individuals navigate challenging life situations. Previously, Paul held the position of team coach at Zuyderland from March 2018 to September 2020, providing support to enable self-managing neighbourhood teams. Paul’s extensive experience includes being the unit manager of orthopsychiatric treatment groups at Mondriaan from December 2007 to March 2018, along with roles as team coordinator and personal caregiver in previous positions. Paul Boers has pursued education in systemic therapy and team coaching, with qualifications from various institutions, including the School voor Systemische Opleidingen Jan Olthof and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
