Mark Caplin

Mark Caplin is an experienced Physician Assistant with a diverse background in urgent care, disaster response, and medical education. Currently serving at Mutual Aid Response Services Inc since April 2024 and at St. Francis Urgent Care Center since March 2015, Mark also actively contributes to DMAT CA-6, providing care during significant disasters like Hurricane Maria and the Haiti earthquake. Previous roles include serving at Google through Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, and working as a Clinical Instructor for Stanford University School of Medicine. Mark's background includes emergency care in Yellowstone National Park with MEDCOR and leadership in training programs for civilian contractor healthcare in Afghanistan. Mark holds an Associate’s degree from Stanford PCAP and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Butte College, specializing in Emergency Medical Technology.
