Phyllis Johnston started their work experience in 1987 as a Donnelly Marketing employee in Nevada, IA, where they worked until 1990. In 1990, they joined Mutual Med as the Director of Operational Support, where they still work.
Phyllis Johnston completed their high school education at Linn-Mar High School from 1979 to 1981, obtaining a High School Diploma. Subsequently, from 1981 to 1982, they pursued a diploma in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management at Kirkwood Community College.
