Jim Davidson

Jim Davidson is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Home Equity Retirement Specialist at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage since January 2023, Jim has previously worked as an HECM Advisor at Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage and as a strategic accounts manager at Exodus Communications. Additionally, Jim is a passionate singer-songwriter, engaging tourists and visitors through music at LowcountryTunes since April 2018, alongside a history of musical endeavors dating back to 2004. Earlier career highlights include founding Uptyme Solutions Group, an ISO-certified data and business continuity center, and serving as a value-added reseller and account executive in technology firms. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Georgia Southern University.
