Kari Ditmars

Kari Ditmars is an experienced project manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and customer relationship management. Currently serving as an I/S Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master) at Mutual of Omaha since September 2022, Kari also operates as a business owner at KLD Outdoors, LLC, specializing in firearm, ammunition, and hunting accessory sales since April 2022. Previously, from July 2002 to May 2022, Kari held multiple roles at UPS, including Transformation Project Manager, Sales and Solutions Governance Manager, and CRM Technology Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing CRM projects and ensuring successful project execution. Early career experience includes positions such as CRM Technology Project Supervisor and TSG/Customer Service Supervisor, focusing on customer service excellence and technical support within a corporate call center environment.
