McNeil Ito

McNeil Ito has been a Loan Officer at Mutual of Omaha since May 2024. Previously, McNeil served as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Anistar Technologies from June 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions and researching new candidate sourcing methods. Prior experience at Anistar Technologies also included a role as a Technical Recruiter, during which McNeil gained foundational knowledge in recruitment and managed onboarding processes. McNeil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University, obtained in 2022.
