Paul Kramper

Paul Kramper is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment risk management and securities operations. At Mutual of Omaha since May 2006, Paul serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Risk Management, focusing on public fixed income markets. Prior to this role, Paul held the title of Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Operations, specializing in securities risk management, and had experience as Vice President in structured securities risk management. Earlier in Paul’s career, positions included Senior Vice President at HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. in ABS Origination and Vice President at Banc of America Securities LLC in term securitization origination. Paul began the professional journey as an Associate in structured finance investments at Northwestern Mutual Investment Management. Paul holds both a Master of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Marquette University.
