Ashique Iqbal

Ashique Iqbal serves as the Group Head of Research & Innovation at Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. since September 2020. Previously, Ashique held the position of Vice President & Head of Research & Development at Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited, where responsibilities included customer needs assessment, sales analysis, product performance monitoring, and strategic planning. Earlier experiences span various roles in banks such as Dhaka Bank Limited, BRAC Bank Limited, Prime Bank Limited, and Bank Asia Ltd, focusing on product development, business finance, and operations management. Ashique holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business and a Master of Bank Management from East West University.
