John Parker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John began their career as a Field Engineer at GE in 1986 before moving on to work as a Senior Tour Program Manager at Special Event Production, Inc. from 1990 to 1995. John then joined KRh Thermal Systems, Inc. as a Regional Manager and remained in that position for 15 years until 2010. After that, they worked as the Manager of Support Services at Avanceon from 2010 to 2011. Currently, John is serving as the Director of Field Operations, Customer Support Services and Training at Mutualink since 2012.

John Parker earned an MBA with Distinction in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management from 2007 to 2009.
