Raymond R. Oneglia is Vice Chairman of O&G Industries, Inc. and has over 50 years of experience in civil and highway construction.
He is past President of the Connecticut Road Builders Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: CRBA, CCIA, and the American Road & Transportation Builders Association. In 1983, he was appointed by Connecticut Governor, William O’Neill, to serve on the Infrastructure Task Force, and was involved in legislation for Connecticut’s $7 billion dollar Infrastructure Renewal Program. In addition, he was appointed by Governor Weicker to serve on the Connecticut Employment and Training Commission from 1991 to 1994. He was reappointed by Governor Rowland, Governor Rell, and Governor Malloy and served for 26 years on this commission.
Mr. Oneglia is currently a member of the Construction Industry Ethics & Compliance Initiative and the Construction Industry Round Table, both based in Washington, DC and the National Academy of Construction. He is also a member of the Hudson Institute and BENS (Business Executives for National Security).
Mr. Oneglia is a 1970 graduate of Union College and served with the Connecticut Army National Guard from 1969 to 1975.
