José Alencar de Souza Rocha

José Alencar de Souza Rocha has a strong work background, starting in 2011 as an Auxiliar de processos at Metalúrgica IMAC. José Alencar worked in this role for three years before moving on to CWI Software in 2015, where they worked as a Desenvolvedor de software. José remained at CWI Software for six years until November 2021. After leaving CWI Software, José joined Mutuus Seguros in December 2021 as a Lead Software Engineer. In September 2022, they were promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer at Mutuus Seguros, a position which they currently hold.

José Alencar de Souza Rocha completed their education at the Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha. From 2007 to 2013, they obtained a degree in Tecnologia em Mecânica Industrial, specializing in mechanical technology. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued Técnico em Informática para Internet, focusing on information technology.
