Prateek Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning the fields of organization development, strategy, and transformation. Starting in 1997, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Consultant, where they implemented an economic optimization model for a cement company and evaluated outsourcing strategies for a consumer goods company. From 2003 to 2005, at Cap Gemini, Sinha led change management for a large ERP implementation. At Accenture again from 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Manager in the Organization Change Strategy group, focusing on the resources industry.
Sinha then moved on to British Telecom, where they served as a Senior OD Consultant from 2007 to 2013. Prateek worked on organization effectiveness initiatives and supported business leadership teams.
Their significant career progress continued at Shell, where they held various roles over several years. Prateek served as the Global Head of Organization Effectiveness for Shell Upstream, focusing on organization design, business transformation, leadership development, and organization health. Prateek also served as the Global Head of Organization Development for Shell Downstream, where they partnered with the Downstream Director and their Leadership Team as a team coach. Sinha designed and coordinated change approaches and interventions for Shell's Energy Transition journey.
In 2021, Sinha joined CEO.works as a Partner, collaborating with CEOs and CHROs to identify and mitigate execution risks related to organization and talent. Prateek also joined Muuto Consulting as the Head of Strategy & Client Excellence, providing tailored transformation solutions and bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Additionally, Sinha pursued a role as a Transformation OD & Change Director.
Throughout their career, Prateek Sinha has demonstrated a depth of knowledge in complex transformations, talent management, and strategic change initiatives.
Prateek Sinha holds an MBA in Strategy and Business Management from the London Business School (2001-2003). Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur (1995-1997). Their undergraduate education took place at Delhi University, where they earned a BSc in Physics (1992-1995).
