Jessica Garcia

Jessica Garcia is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Paramount since September 2020. Jessica's expertise includes partnering with leadership and stakeholders to advance DEI initiatives and foster a culture of belonging. Previous roles include Manager of Global Diversity and Inclusion and Project Manager at Paramount, as well as an Account Executive at MV Sport® | The Game® and General Manager at Exit Escape Room NYC. Jessica has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Women in Cable Telecommunications and NAMIC. Educationally, Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Television and Film Studies from St. John's University and has a strong foundational education from the University at Buffalo and Mary Louis Academy.
