Coleman Ueltschy has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Coleman started their career as an intern at Lakeview Fitness Center in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an MBA student and consulting intern at Grand Vue Park, where they conducted consumer surveys and analyzed customer satisfaction. In the same year, they also served as an MBA student and problem-solving consultant at Four Horseman Comics and Gaming, where they helped identify and implement solutions for business problems.
In 2014, Coleman worked as an intern and project manager at Mingo County Redevelopment Authority, where they developed a business plan and financial model for the development of new industries in the area. The following year, they joined NewDay USA as an account executive.
From 2016 to 2023, Coleman worked at MVB Bank in various roles related to financial planning and analysis. Coleman started as a Financial Analyst, responsible for budget preparation and execution. Coleman then progressed to become a Financial Analyst II, focusing on asset/liability management and regulatory compliance. Subsequently, they became the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, overseeing the company's financial planning area. Finally, they held the position of Sr. Manager and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they supported optimal business decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Throughout their career, Coleman has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, project management, and customer satisfaction analysis. Coleman also has experience in teaching as an honors instructor at West Virginia University from 2010 to 2012.
Coleman Ueltschy completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University in 2013. Coleman later pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, General, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they attended the West Virginia Bankers Association and graduated from the Banking School with a degree in Banking and Financial Support Services in 2018.
