Ronald Zaleski

Ronald Zaleski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ronald started their career at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Customer Service Representative in 1998. Ronald then moved to CDPHP, where they held various roles including Senior Customer Service Representative, Billing Analyst, Supervisor of Billing, Implementation Coordinator, and Implementation Manager. In 2009, Ronald joined MVP Health Care as a Lead Business System Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Quality Engineer at MVP Health Care.

Ronald Zaleski obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Computer Information Systems from Hudson Valley Community College from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they also earned an Associate of Science - AS degree from the same institution. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta between 1993 and 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Ronald obtained "Being a Good Mentor" and "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" from LinkedIn in July 2023 and March 2023, respectively. Ronald also obtained "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" certification from LinkedIn in October 2020.
