Tina Chang, the Founder and CEO of Pioneering Collective, is an accomplished executive with a background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Tina is also the Co-Founder of MVP: Momentum & Value for People of Color, a non-profit organization aimed at helping young individuals of color excel in their education and careers. Additionally, Tina serves as an Advisor for the Caregivers Advancement Fund.
