Tina Chang

Tina Chang, the Founder and CEO of Pioneering Collective, is an accomplished executive with a background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Tina is also the Co-Founder of MVP: Momentum & Value for People of Color, a non-profit organization aimed at helping young individuals of color excel in their education and careers. Additionally, Tina serves as an Advisor for the Caregivers Advancement Fund. Tina has held various high-level positions at companies like GLG, Novo Nordisk A/S, Genentech, Stryker Orthopaedics, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Tina holds a PharmD degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmacy - Diabetes from Rutgers University.
