Benny Hardouin

Benny Hardouin has an extensive work experience in the sports and fitness industry. Benny is currently the Founder and Executive Director of the Rising Tides Project since 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at MVP Sports Clubs, starting as a Director of Operations in 2004 and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Operations until 2021. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the General Manager at Franco's Athletic Club. Before that, they were the Fitness Director for Youth at McLeod Health from 1996 to 2000, and a Personal Trainer at Imperial Athletic Club from 1994 to 1996.

Benny Hardouin completed their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at The University of Southern Mississippi from 1990 to 1994. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition at the same institution. Later on, from 1994 to 1996, Benny enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Physiology.
