Eddie Guerra

Eddie Guerra has held a number of roles in the staffing and recruitment industry since 1999. From 1999 to 2006, they were the Director of Corporate Operations at Staffworks. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and implementing policy and procedures for multiple onsite locations throughout the country. Eddie was also responsible for account growth and retention, managing all freight handling accounts from the West Coast to East Coast operations, and helping the company become one of the top 3 companies in the industry. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Sales Manager at VIP Funding. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Selling Branch Manager at Adecco Employment Services. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Staffing Division Operations Manager at BBSI. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they were the Director of West Coast Operations and then the Vice President of Operations- West Coast at MVP Staffing. In this role, they managed operation staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance of each office or onsite location. Eddie also managed process changes, enhancements, and modifications to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes and communicated to department heads.

Eddie Guerra earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Hartnell College between 1993 and 1996. Eddie then went on to earn a BS in Psychology from the University of La Verne between 1996 and 1999.
