Hilke Roeder

Hilke Roeder has extensive experience in HR and SAP consulting, currently serving as HR-Senior Controller at MVV Energie AG since February 2019, where responsibilities include annual personnel planning and quarterly reporting. Prior to this role, Roeder was employed at Soluvia IT-Services GmbH as an SAP HCM and GRC Inhouse Consultant, focusing on personnel processes and project management from July 2013 to January 2019. Roeder also held the position of Head of HR Payroll, Controlling & IT at Merz Group, overseeing HR processes and implementing SAP HCM across Germany and Switzerland from April 2002 to June 2013. Early career experiences include roles in SAP R/3 specialization, freelance market studies, trainee positions, and internships, all contributing to a solid foundation in both HR and business processes. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Economic Sciences and East Asian Regional Studies from the University of Duisburg-Essen, complemented by a certificate in Japanese from Dokkyo University.
