Oliver Tost

Oliver Tost is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Controller at OTTO since September 2017, Oliver has evolved from previous roles including HR Controller at Bernhard Unternehmensberatung and Junior Consultant at Otto (GmbH & Co KG), where responsibilities included evaluating talent management systems, conceptualizing HR targets, and digitalizing onboarding processes. Oliver’s diverse background also encompasses internships in corporate communications, HR management, and market research at recognized companies such as Opera Software, Mapa Spontex, Lattoflex, and BMW. Oliver holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
