Eric Stone

Eric Stone is the Project Controls Manager for MW Builders in Austin, Texas.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Eric began their career in December 1999 as a Project Engineer/Project Manager/Purchasing Agent/Estimator for Huffman Inc. There, they worked on multi-million dollar Waste Water Plant, Water Treatment Plant, and Power Plant projects. Eric also served as the company's Purchasing Agent and did some project estimating.

In May 2004, Eric joined MW Builders as a Project Manager. Eric was promoted to their current role of Project Controls Manager in Austin in 2020. In this role, they are responsible for the financial oversight of all projects in the Austin office.

Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Eric is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Eric Stone has an MBA in Business from William Woods University and a BS in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Eric also has a certification from Procore Technologies in Procore Certified: Associate.

Their manager is Todd Winnerman, President. They are on a team with Bryan Hefley - Senior Preconstruction Manager, Austin, Isaac Byers - Senior Preconstruction Manager, Austin, and Jeremy Lambden - Estimating Manager, Austin.
