Paul Mieling

Director, Strategic Accounts at MW Industries

Paul Mieling has a wide range of experience in various roles within the medical device industry. Paul currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Accounts at MW Industries, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to that, from March 2019 to October 2020, they were the Director of Strategic Account Management at NN, Inc.

Before transitioning to strategic roles, Mieling had an extensive tenure at DeRoyal. From January 2018 to March 2019, they served as the Director of Wound Care-OEM Division, overseeing sales and providing OEM solutions to the Medical Device industry. From January 2016 to January 2018, they held the role of National Sales Manager, responsible for a team of Sales Area Managers and Clinical Specialists covering the United States. In this role, they focused on selling Advanced Wound Care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy to various healthcare facilities.

Prior to that, from October 2012 to January 2016, Mieling served as the Regional Sales Manager for the Wound Care division at DeRoyal, managing a team of representatives and selling wound care products to various healthcare organizations. From September 2009 to October 2012, they held the position of Regional Sales Manager, specializing in Orthopedics and managing a team of Area Sales Representatives. Paul started their career at DeRoyal as an Area Sales Manager for the Orthopedics division from June 2006 to September 2009.

Mieling began their career as an Occupational Therapist and Athletic Trainer at Methodist Sports Medicine Center from January 1999 to June 2006.

Paul Mieling obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer from Eastern Illinois University in the years 1989 to 1993. Paul then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sport Psychology at Ball State University from 1993 to 1995. Finally, Paul furthered their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Indianapolis, studying from 1995 to 1998.
