Abednego Muia

Abednego Muia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collections and business development. Currently serving as the Senior Recoveries Lead at Tala since February 2019, Abednego manages a collections team focused on key performance indicators such as Recovery Rate and Quality Assurance. Concurrently, Abednego has been involved in business development at Mwananchi Credit Limited since February 2018, creating new business opportunities and loan products. Abednego's career also includes roles as a Call Center Agent and Senior Collections Agent at 4G Capital and as a Collection Officer at afb - all you can be, both since September 2014. Earlier experience as a Credit Analyst at Swipe Recoveries Experts Limited from 2012 to 2014 involved managing client portfolios and the debt collection process.
