Adrian Punt's work experience includes various roles in the technology and internet service provider industry. Adrian started their career at World Online as a Call Center Supervisor, managing the direct sales call center and overseeing the relocation of the call center. Adrian then moved on to Tiscali, where they worked as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the value-added services portfolio and launching new products and services. After that, Adrian joined MWEB as a Service Delivery Manager, leading the business system development practice and handling large-scale business system migration projects. Currently, Adrian is the Service Delivery Manager (including PMO lead) at MWEB, where they also lead a team and spearheads the organization's digital transformation program.
Adrian Punt completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town from 2021 to 2022. Previously, in 2010, Adrian completed the Senior Management Development Program at Stellenbosch Business School. Adrian also obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis from Faculty Training Institute in 2008. Additionally, Adrian has earned several certifications, including "Being the Best You: Self-Improvement Modeling" and "Becoming an Inspiring Mentor" from LinkedIn, a Generic Adventure Site Guide certification from Adventure Qualifications Network, a Wilderness First Aider certification from WildMedix in 2017, and a Tourist Guide Culture Site Guide certification from Livingstone Tourism Academy in 2016.
