Johan Jordaan

Johan Jordaan has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Johan began their career as a Creditors Clerk at Jan S Marais Hospital in 1998. Johan then worked as an Assistant Accountant at Peninsula Beverages PTY (Ltd) from 2000 to 2000 and later at Bowline from 2001 to 2003. Johan joined MWEB in 2003 as a Financial Controller for the Operations Division and eventually worked their way up to the role of Head: General Operations. During their tenure at MWEB, they also held positions as the Financial Manager for Operations/VoIP/Digital Divisions and Finance Manager for Financial Processes & Systems. In 2019, Johan also served as Treasurer at Spark Health Africa, a South African registered not-for-profit organization. Finally, Johan has been Treasurer for Church On The Rise (AGS Blouberg) since 2005.

Johan Jordaan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management, which they completed with honors at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2013 to 2017. Johan also completed a Media Management Programme at Stellenbosch Business School in 2011 and obtained a 3 Year Diploma in Financial Accounting from Tygerberg College from 1996 to 1998.
