Mark Weclawek

Mark Weclawek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MWek Solutions, a company focused on solving KYC/onboarding, regulation, and client lifecycle management issues for institutional businesses globally. Mark founded and was the Managing Director of The M-Wek Company, a recruitment agency specializing in emergent technology fields such as blockchain/crypto, fintech, and data. Prior to that, they held managerial and consultant positions at Farrell Associates, where they worked in IT and financial services. Mark also has a background as a probation officer at the London Probation Trust.

Mark Weclaw earned their BA (Hons) degree in Sport Coaching and Development from Northumbria University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. From 2003 to 2005, they attended De Montfort University, earning another BA (Hons) degree, this time in Community and Criminal Justice. Prior to their university education, Mark completed their A-Levels and GCSEs at Myton School in Warwick from 1992 to 1998.
